Shipping Delays:
In rare cases, unforeseen circumstances such as weather events or carrier issues may cause delays. We appreciate your patience during such situations. 

Gente Fina is not liable for courier/customer errors and/or lost stolen packages. 


Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Gente Fina. If for any reason you are not, please review our return and exchange policy:

 

Returns and Exchanges: You may return or exchange items within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

 

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:  Contact our customer service team at customerservice@gente-fina.com to request a return/exchange authorization. Clearly state your order number, the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason for the return/exchange.      

 

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.      

 

Refund Process: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund total.    

 

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please specify your preference in your return request. Exchanges will be processed upon receiving the returned item.

 

Defective or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance. We will cover the return shipping costs in such cases.
